摘要
探究了沙棘籽粕酵母发酵液中黄酮类物质含量,并且对其进行提取。同时进行工艺优化以及其抗氧化活性测定。结果表明,沙棘籽粕发酵液中,黄酮的提取率为1.06%,沙棘籽粕发酵液对DPPH自由基清除的IC50值约为1.5mg/ml,结果显示抗氧化作用明显有效。
It explores the content of flavonoids in yeast fermentation broth of sea buckthorn seed meal and extracted.At the same time,process optimization and determination of antioxidant activity of crude extracts.The results showed that microbial assisted extraction of seabuckthom seed meal flavonoids extraction yield of 1.06%,The IC50 value of DPPH was 1.16%,the result shows that antioxidant effect obviously effective.
