学生人格特质与成就动机的相关研究

摘要
成就动机是一种社会动机,它关系着我们每个人的生活。然而,每个人的成就动机水平都是不同的,如何更好地利用成就动机决定着一个人的命运。麦克莱兰认为成就动机是人格中一种持续稳定的特质,那么如何通过人格的这种特质去利用个人的成就动机也就成了本次研究的主要问题。本研究通过对大学生的成就动机以及人格特质的统计学差异,了解当代大学生的基本情况,找到人格特质与成就动机之间联系。通过对这方面的研究来更好的引导大学生进行正确归因,从而对他们的人生产生积极的作用。方法:本研究采用随机抽样的方法,抽取各个年级的300名在校大学生,并利用埃森克人格问卷(EPQ)和成就动机量表(AMS)对其进行了施测,最后通过SPSS17.0对数据进行了统计分析。结果:艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)和成就动机量表(AMS)所得数据之间有显著地相关,其中追求成功的动机与合成动机呈显著正相关,避免失败的动机与合成动机呈显著负相关,内外向与追求成功的动机、合成动机呈显著正相关,与避免失败的动机呈显著负相关,精神质与避免失败的动机呈显著正相关,与合成动机呈显著负相关,神经质与追求成功的动机、合成动机呈显著负相关。结论:人格特质与成就动机有显著相关,内外向与精神质对成就动机有显著影响,人口统计学中的年级和职务对成就动机也有显著影响。
Achievement motivation is a kind of social motivations, it was about our each personality.However, achievement motive level of each person is different, how to better use of achievement motivation, decides the fate of a person. Wheat cleland thought achievement motivation is a kind of stable personality traits, so how to use personality traits to use personal achievement motivation has become the main problems of the study. This study of achievement motivation and personality traits of students, statistical differences, understand the basic situation of contemporary college students, find the links between personality and achievement motivation level. Through the study of this aspect to better guide college students to carry on the correct attribution, and exerted a great active role in their life. Method: This study adopts the method of random sampling, extraction of each grade of 300 college students, and use the Essen, personality questionnaire(EPQ) and achievement motive scale(AMS) testing was carried out, at last, by SPSS17.0 statistical analysis of data.Results: Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ) and achievement motive scale(AMS) between the data obtained have significantly related, which the motivation of pursuing success and synthesis was significantly positively related to motivation to avoid failure of motive and synthetic motive, has negative correlation to the inside and outside and the motivation of pursuing success, synthesis was significantly positively related to motivation, and avoid the failure of motives were significantly negative correlation, mental quality and avoid failure was significantly positively related to motivation, and synthetic motive has significant negative correlation, neuroticism and the motivation of pursuing success, synthetic motive has significant negative correlation.Conclusion: The personality traits and achievement motivation were significantly correlated,the internal and external and spiritual quality had a significant effect on the achievement motivation,the grade and the position of the demographic statistics had a significant effect on the achievement motivation.
