微颗粒机械过滤技术在工厂化循环水养殖系统中的研究与应用

摘要
工厂化循环水养殖对循环水的处理提出了更严格的要求,机械过滤技术是去除水中微颗粒和固体污染物的关键技术之一。本文综述目前微颗粒机械过滤技术在工厂化循环水养殖系统中的研究和应用现状与改进前景。论述几种常用过滤装置:弧形筛、真空转鼓式过滤机、叶轮式过滤装置和气提式砂过滤装置的结构、工作原理和特点,及其在不同主要养殖种类和环境中的实际应用情况,对比分析了各过滤装置对TSS(总悬浮颗粒物)、TN(总氮)、COD(化学需氧量)、TAN(总氨氮)和NO2-N(亚硝酸盐氮)的去除效果及当前应用中存在的主要问题,为刺参工厂化循环水养殖中机械过滤装置的改进和研发提供了参考。
Factory circulating water aquaculture puts forward more strict requirements on circulating water treatment. Mechanical filtering technology is one of the key technologies to remove the water particle and solid pollutants. This paper reviews the research and application status and prospects of improvement using the current micro particles mechanical filtration technology in industrial circulating water aquaculture system, discusses structure, work principle and characteristics of several common filter unit, arc sieve, vacuum drum filter, the impeller type filter unit, gas lift type sand filter device structure, and its practical application in different major aquaculture species and environmental situation. Removal effect and main problems of current applications were analyzed of the filtration unit for TSS(total suspended particulate matter), TN(total nitrogen), COD(chemical oxygen demand), TAN(total ammonia nitrogen) and NO2- N(nitrite nitrogen). The above analyses provided references for the improvement and development of trepang factory mechanical filtration unit in the circulating water breeding.
