偏头痛患者行心理护理干预对其疗效的影响分析

摘要
目的:探讨心理护理干预对偏头痛患者疗效的影响。方法:选取我院2014年2月至2016年2月收治的80例偏头痛患者随机分为对照组和干预组各40例,对照组予以常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上实施心理护理干预,观察两组患者的临床变化。结果:两组护理后HAMA和HAMD评分的对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);护理前与护理后1个月和3个月头痛发作天数的对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);干预组总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的77.5%,两组对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预对偏头痛患者具有积极的意义,可以帮助患者缓解不良情绪,更好的接受治疗,间接提高疗效。具有进一步推广和运用的价值。
Objective: it is to investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on therapeutic effect of patients with migraine. Methods: 80 patients with migraine admitted inour hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, control group and intervention group(40 cases each). The control group was given routine nursing and theintervention group was given psychological nursing based on routine nursing. The clinical changes of the two groups were observed. Results: There was Statistic difference in HAMA and HAMDscores between the two groups(P <0.05). There was Statistic difference in the number of headache episodes between the two groups, before and after nursing one months, even three months(P <0.05). The total effective rate in intervention group was 92.5%, which was significantly higher than that in control group(77.5%). There was Statistic difference between the two groups(P <0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention is positivel for therapeutics of patients with migraine. It can help patients to relieve bad mood, and receive better treatment, which can indirectly improve thetherapeutic effect. So it has the further promotion and application value.
