摘要
巫文化为土家族的传统文化精髓之一,是建立在原始崇拜、祖先崇拜、鬼神崇拜及万物有灵观念的基础上的一种地域特色文化,对土家族的生产生活产生重大的影响,尤其是具有土家族巫文化内涵的阳戏具有美学价值、文学价值和心理学价值。20世纪末国内学者陆续研究了巫文化的产生、特点、发展、作用、价值及保护等方面,并逐渐由文学、社会学和美学领域转向心理学层面,试图揭示巫文化对民族心理的影响。阳戏是土家族巫文化常见的表现形式,本文采用田野考察法,以重庆酉阳土家族阳戏为例,考察巫文化对土家族的心理治疗(包括治疗原则、治疗方式与过程、治疗效果),着力探讨阳戏表演过程中所蕴含的心理治疗作用,从而揭示巫文化对土家族的心理治疗机制。通过对阳戏表演形式、阳戏台词、阳戏神话故事及现实案例的分析发现:阳戏是以"没请不跳戏"的自愿原则为前提,以"心诚则灵"的真诚原则为重要条件,以与非指导性原则相似的戏剧感染为手段,通过巫师、咒语、祭祀仪式和表演带给患者刺激,启动心理暗示、情感宣泄和模仿学习的心理治疗作用机制,从而促进患者的认知改变和生理反应,达到一定的心理治疗作用效果。研究得出以下结论:阳戏可通过心理暗示、情感宣泄和模仿学习的心理作用机制对土家族人民产生一定的心理疗效,在现实生活中解决了人们精神的寄托和心理健康问题。在未来的研究中需要采用实证等方法探索巫文化的心理学价值,揭示巫文化对民族心理的影响。
As one of the essence of the traditional culture of Tujia nationality, Witch culture is a kind of regional cultural which established in the original nature worship, ancestor worship, spirit worship and animism concept and have a significant impact on Tujia people's production and life,especially Yang Drama with the connotation of witch culture of Tujia nationality has the aesthetic value and literature values and psychological value. At the end of the 20 th century domestic scholars studied in succession the generation, characteristics, development, function, value and protection of witch culture, and gradually from the literature, social science and aesthetic realm to the psychological area, in an attempt to reveal the influence of national psychology by witch culture. Yang Drama is the common manifestation of the Tujia nationality's witch culture. The research took the Youyang Tujia Yang opera in Chongqing province as an example and studied on the psychotherapy of Tujia's witch culture(including treatment principle, treatment method and the process, treatment effect) by the use of the field research method, and focus on the implied psychological treatment in the process of Yang opera performances, so as to reveal the psychological treatment mechanism of witch culture on Tujia nationality. From study in Yang Drama performances, Yang Drama lines, Yang Drama myths and real case, the results show that Yang opera takes the voluntary principle as the premise like "no please don't jump drama", and the principle of good faith is an important condition and infected with non guiding principles similar to the drama as a means, through the wizard, spells and rituals and performances bring patients stimulation, start psychological hint, emotional catharsis and imitation learning psychological treatment mechanism, so as to promote patients with cognitive change and physiological reaction, reach a certain psychological treatment effect. Conclusions arrived at the following that Yang Drama has a psychological effect of Tujia people and solved the spiritual sustenance and psychological health problems in the real life through the psychological mechanisms with psychological suggestive, emotional catharsis and imitation learning. In the future, we need to adopt the method of empirical analysis to explore the psychological value of witch culture, and reveal the influence of witch culture on national psychology.
