复杂环境提升混凝土耐久性的施工技术探讨

摘要
规划中的川藏铁路需要通过多年冻土层、地震区、地裂地热、岩爆雪崩、溶洞暗河等多种复杂地质状况并存区域。需要越过四川盆地、云贵高原、青藏高原三个台阶,跨越多个断裂带,需要修建桥梁、隧道,涉及酸、碱、盐腐蚀环境。针对如此复杂环境下混凝土构件的抗冻融、抗裂性、抗渗性、抗侵蚀、抗剥落等耐久性要求,本文探讨研究的重点是根据在寒冷地区、海洋环境耐久性混凝土方面的研究及应用成果,通过对混凝土配合比设计研究及原材料类型、品种、品质的选择,合理应用硅灰、矿渣粉、粉煤灰、仿钢纤维、增韧剂等材料,强化混凝土施工技术管理、质量控制,来保证川藏铁路混凝土结构物的质量及耐久性。
In the plan Sichuan and Tibet railway needs through many year frozen earth level,the earthquake country,the cracks in the earth geothermy,the rock burst avalanche,the limestone cave underground river and so on many kinds of complex geological condition coexisting region.Needs to cross the Sichuan basin,Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau,the Qinghai-Tibet Plain three stairs,surmounts many fault zones along the route,needs to build a bridge,the tunnel,involves the acid,the alkali,the salty corrosion environment.In view of the so complex environment under concrete durable requests and so on component anti-freezing and thawing,crack resistance,impermeability,anti-corrosion,anti-flaking,this article discusses the research the key point is according to in cold local,the marine environment durable concrete aspect research and the application achievement,through to the proportioning of concrete design research and raw material type,the variety,the quality choice,reasonably using the silicon ash,the gangue powder,the pulverized coal ash,imitates materials and so on steel textile fiber,plasticizer,the strengthening concrete construction technical management,the quality control,guarantees the Sichuan and Tibet railway concrete structure quality and the durability.
