几种KMnO_4双组分体系的热稳定性研究

摘要
依据反应当量和实验研究目标,设计、制备了高锰酸钾与常见物质如蔗糖、淀粉、硫磺、甘油、蜂蜜、木屑等物质以不同比例混合的实验样品,采用TGA/DSC、显微表面温度计测试等方法,研究了高锰酸钾双组分混合体系的热稳定性及其变化规律。结果表明,不同体系的热稳定性差别较大,有的在常温下即发生反应,此结果为客观评估高锰酸钾混合体系在实际应用中涉及的杀菌效能和火灾危险性等提供了判断依据。
The thermostability of several kinds of potassium permanganate's hybrid systems was studied by experiment and analysis. According to the reaction equivalent and the purpose of the research work, a series of experiment samples were prepared by mixing the potassium permanganate and common materials such as sucrose, starch, sulphur, glycerine, honey, wood chips etc. in different ratio. By using TGA/DSC and the microscopic surface thermometer, the data of the physical and chemical changes were determined. The results showed that the stability differed for the different system, some of them were very reactive. And the data from the work will be helpful for us to evaluate the efficiency and fire hazard of the hybrid systems objectively.
