摘要
在PTB7-Th:PC_(71)BM材料体系中,二元混合添加剂的使用比单一添加剂或无添加剂具有更好的处理效果,形貌得到进一步优化。使用二元混合溶剂添加剂1,8-二碘辛烷(DIO)和N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)可以提高共混膜中相区纯度,减少电荷复合,从而提高器件性能,最高可以获得10.8%的光电转化效率。
For the PTB7-Th: PC_(71) BM blend system, the binary solvent additives of 1, 8-Diiodooctane(DIO) and N-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP) are used to enhance the domain purity, so that the conversion efficiency of 10.8% was achieved with the conventional device structure, which is much higher than that of the devices without or with single solvent additive.
