摘要

以我国开展智慧城市试点发展为契机,结合智慧城市框架结构原理,分析当前滇南中心智慧城市发展存在的问题,并提出相应的举措,从而更好的发挥智慧城市的管理功能。
It is an opportunity to developsmartcityas a pilot and analyze the existing problems in the development of the current smart city of the center south of Yunnan by usingthe smart city frame structure,and more put forward the corresponding countermeasures,so as to play the management functions of the smart citybetter.
