摘要
研究了制革保毛脱毛回收牛毛的碱水解工艺。以牛毛水解率和水解物相对分子质量等为评价指标,优化了水解条件。结果表明,酸/碱预处理并不会提高牛毛水解率,牛毛可不经预处理直接进行碱水解。水解时加入过滤助剂能起到固液快速分离的作用,牛毛水解率达到75%,水解物相对分子质量为15000左右,且色泽浅淡。该牛毛水解物用于制革复鞣填充工序,表现出了良好的填充作用,能够显著提高坯革的柔软度、丰满度等感官性能。另外,将水解滤渣二次水解,可进一步回收牛毛水解物,两次水解率共计可达94%。
Bovine hair recovered from hair-saving unhairing process was hydrolyzed using alkalis.The hydrolysis conditions were optimized in terms of hydrolysis rate of bovine hair and relative molecular weight of hydrolysate.It was found that the hydrolysis rate of bovine hair was not increased when employing acid/alkali pretreatments.Bovine hair can be hydrolyzed using alkalis directly.The addition of a filtering agent in hydrolysis can improve the filtration rate of hydrolysate.The hydrolysis rate of bovine hair achieved 75%.The hydrolysate was pale in color with relative molecular weight of approx.15000.Then the bovine hair hydrolysate was used in retanning and filling process of leather.The results indicated that it exhibited satisfactory filling effect and could improve the organoleptic properties of crust leather such as softness and fullness.Moreover,the filtration residue was hydrolyzed to further recover the bovine hair hydrolysate.The total hydrolysis rate could increase to 94%.
