溶剂热法合成系列钛酸铋与氧化钛异质结及光催化活性研究

摘要
近年来,由窄带隙半导体和宽带隙半导体耦合形成的异质结复合半导体材料由于其广泛的应用而引起关注。本文报道了一种溶剂热法制备系列钛酸铋-氧化钛复合材料的合成方法,通过控制反应体系中丙三醇的加入量和产物的煅烧温度获得不同形貌Bi_(20)TiO_32/TiO_2、Bi_2Ti_2O_7/TiO_2、Bi_4Ti_3O_(12)/TiO_2和Bi_2Ti_4O_(11)/TiO_2系列异质结材料。利用XRD、FE-SEM、TEM、BET以及UV-Vis等对样品进行了表征。实验结果表明,当丙三醇与乙醇的体积比为0.1,煅烧温度分别为600℃和700℃时,获得片状Bi_4Ti_3O_(12)/TiO_2和Bi2Ti4O11/TiO_2异质结;当丙三醇与乙醇的体积比为0.2,煅烧温度分别为500℃和600℃时,获得花菜状Bi_(20)TiO_32/TiO_2和花瓣状Bi_2Ti_2O_7/TiO_2异质结材料。N_2吸附-脱附实验表明异质结为介孔结构。在模拟太阳光下反应3h降解20mg/L的亚甲蓝实验结果表明,Bi_(20)TiO_32/TiO_2、Bi_2Ti_2O_7/TiO_2和Bi_4Ti_3O_(12)/TiO_2和P25对亚甲蓝的去除率分别为99.6%、98.1%、99.1%、91.1%和59.2%
In this study,Bi_(20)TiO_(32)/TiO_2,Bi_2Ti_2O_7/TiO_2,Bi_4Ti_3O_(12)/TiO_2 and Bi_2Ti_4O_(11)/TiO_2 heterojunction were synthesized through a solvothermal method with ethanol and glycerol as solvent and then calcinated at appropriate temperature.The samples were characterized by XRD,FE-SEM,TEM,EDS,TG-DTA,FT-IR,BET and UV-vis.The experimental results showed that the composition and morphology and pore size distribution of products were influenced by the proportion of glycerol and calcination temperature.The Bi_(20)TiO_(32)/TiO_2,Bi_4Ti_3O_(12)/TiO_2,Bi_2Ti_2O_7/TiO_2 and Bi_2Ti_4O_(11)/TiO_2 heterojunction materials were formed when the volume ratio of glycerin and ethanol was respectively 0.2,0.2,0.1 and 0.1 and calcinated temperature was 500,600,600 and 700℃ respectively.The photodegradation activities of as-prepared heterojunction for methylene blue were greater than that of TiO_2under simulated sun light irradiation.
