摘要
S波段是深空测控和射电天文领域都很重要的频段。本文研制的S波段平衡式低噪声放大器,带宽300MHz,常温下功率增益大于34d B,输入输出驻波比小于1.22。采用固态噪声源和Maury噪声校准系统两种测试方法,等效噪声温度均小于35K,已经作为接收机系统的关键器件之一,在工程中成功应用。
S band plays an important role in the field of deep space and astronomy. This thesis developed an S-band balanced room low noise amplifier, which gain is greater than 34 d B, input and output VSWR is less than 1.22 within 300 MHz bandwidth. Also the equivalent noise temperature is less than 35 K measured by both solid-state and Maury Noise Calibration Systems(NCS). Then as one of the key devices been successfully applied in project.
