摘要
建筑安全关系到人民的生命安全和社会的稳定,如何保证建筑物的安全使用是一项极其重要的工作。从城市危旧房屋的历史成因入手,对目前我国大量存在的危旧建筑物的常见处置措施及安全管理方法进行了简单介绍和分析。主要介绍了危旧房屋的动态监测措施,并提出了一种城市建筑更新的快速评估、监测的实施方法,最后对老旧建筑物变形动态监测和房屋安全管理方法进行了分析。
The safety of the buildings related to the safety of people's lives and the social stability,how to make sure the safety of the buildings under use is a very important work.In this paper,starting with the old and dilapidated buildings' historical origins,the common treatment measures and safety management method for the numerous existing dilapidated buildings are introduced,the dynamic monitoring treatments for the buildings are described detail first,then a rapid assessment method for the urban building updating is given,the building safety management methods are analyzed at last.
