高铝含量钢中夹杂物特征分析

摘要
高铝含量高强汽车板是先进高强钢的重要组成部分,高铝成分会引起钢中夹杂物的成分、形貌和大小的改变,冶炼工艺及连铸工艺的不同也会导致夹杂物的数量及分布的改变。针对"铁水KR脱硫—转炉脱磷—转炉脱碳—LF精炼—RH精炼—钙处理—板坯连铸"工艺路线生产的高铝钢板坯,本文采用扫描电镜分析了夹杂物的典型类型、成分和形貌,并用Aspex电镜统计分析了夹杂物的尺寸分布、不同类型夹杂物的数量构成比例。对氮化铝夹杂进行了电解分析,并对其生成的热力学条件进行了理论分析。
High-Al automobile sheet steel is an important part of advanced high strength steel.High Al content leads to the variation of the inclusions,such as their compositions,morphology,and the size.The melting and casting process also change the density and distribution of the inclusions in slab.Under the process of KR desulphurization,dephosphorization,decarburization,LF refining,and RH refining,characteristics of inclusions in high-Al steel were analyzed with Aspex SEM and electrolyzing method.Finally,thermodynamics analysis was made on the precipitation of AlN to find whether it can be formed in liquid steel.
