pH对Al-Mg合金电化学腐蚀行为的影响

摘要
针对铝合金在海水介质中的腐蚀问题,通过电化学试验,结合微观分析,探讨介质pH值对铝合金腐蚀特性的影响。结果表明,随着溶液pH降低,铝合金的自腐蚀电位正向移动;表面试样的腐蚀速度小于截面试样;试样的钝化倾向降低;横截面试样的耐点蚀性能优于表面试样和纵截面试样,特别是纵截面试样点蚀倾向性最大;铝合金中第二相含量相对少,导致合金腐蚀行为更倾向于均匀腐蚀。
The corrosion behavior was analyzed for Al-alloy by electrochemical test and microstructure measurement,because of the corrosive problem of two al-alloys in sea environment.In 3%NaCl solution,the corrosion potentials move to positive with drop of pH,the corrosion velocity of surface specimen is more than that of cross-sectional sample;and the pitting susceptibility of surface sample is less than that of cross-sectional sample;the corrosion of Al-alloy maybe more present general corrosion because of less second phases in alloy.
