应用丝束电极研究阻锈剂对孔溶液中钢筋局部腐蚀的抑制能力

摘要
应用丝束电极的电位/电流扫描法,研究了混凝土模拟孔溶液中Q345B碳钢局部腐蚀在空间和时间上的发生和发展特征。针对不同阶段的局部腐蚀,比较了四乙烯五胺和亚硝酸盐缓蚀剂对丝束电极表面局部腐蚀区的修复能力。结果表明,NO_2~-离子能快速渗透到腐蚀产物层下而抑制局部腐蚀发展,而乙烯胺缓蚀剂由于在腐蚀产物层内渗透速率低,初期反而会促进局部腐蚀发展。结合电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测量,发现EIS只反映缓蚀剂对电极表面全面腐蚀的阻滞能力,而不能反映腐蚀的不均匀性。本工作还提出了采用LEI指数来对局部腐蚀进行量化的方法。
