慢性镉胁迫对鲢鱼金属富集和能量物质代谢的影响

摘要
本研究跟踪分析了慢性水溶性镉胁迫对鲢鱼体内金属富集和能量物质代谢的影响。结果显示,鲢鱼鳃、肌肉、肝脏和肾脏内镉富集量均随胁迫浓度(0、0.43和1.29 mg/L)和胁迫时间(4、8和14天)呈显著增加趋势,其富集量顺序为:肝脏>肾脏>鳃>肌肉。镉胁迫显著地降低了鲢鱼能量物质:肌肉ATP、糖原,肌肉和血浆甘油三酯含量。肌肉蛋白质、血浆葡萄糖和乳酸含量在镉胁迫前期(8天内)显著升高,后期(14天)则显著下降,而肌肉皮质醇和血浆蛋白质含量没有发生显著变化。结果表明,慢性水溶性镉胁迫显著地增加了鲢鱼组织内镉富集量并显著地改变了其肌肉和血浆能量物质代谢,以满足机体对抗镉胁迫毒害及修复受损组织过程中的能量需求。
Effects of chronic exposure to waterborne cadmium(0, 0.43 or 1.29 mg/L) on metal accumulation and energy metabolism in silver carp(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) were studied during 4, 8 and 14 days. The results showed that during the 14 days of exposure, cadmium accumulated in gills, muscle, liver and kidney of silver carp significantly with time and cadmium concentration, as the order: liver > kidney > gill > muscle. Cadmium altered the energy metabolism in silver carp by decreasing the levels of muscle ATP, glycogen, and muscle and plasma triglyceride. Accompanied with the decline of energy substrates, the levels of muscle protein, plasma glucose and lactate significantly increased during the first 8 days, and then both significantly decreased due to the persistent cadmium stress. No significant alternations were observed in muscle cortisol and plasma protein. The results indicate that the tissues cadmium concentrations and energy metabolism are altered by presence of waterborne cadmium, and silver carp mobilize the muscle energy stores to cope with the increased energy demands for detoxication and repair mechanism induced by the exposure to waterborne cadmium.
