利用超声波衰减谱相关系数辨识和评价钢管

摘要
以两个外形尺寸相同的钢管作为实验材料,提取10MHz超声波在其内的部背向散射信号,截取一定深度处相邻两段的时域信号,计算得到相应的衰减谱,与事先留存的标准材料的衰减谱进行相关计算。理论计算和实验测试表明,利用采集的信号进行衰减谱相关系数的计算,可以快速、准确地辨识两个相同的钢管。文中还利用计算得到的相关系数,对钢管的物理特性进行了初步分析。
Two steel pipes with same outline dimension as experimental material, the attenuation spectrum is calculated by extraction of 10 MHz ultrasonic backscattering signals, and intercepting of adjacent two segments of time domain signals in a certain depth, on the basis, correlation of the attenuation spectrums between that of each experimental material and that of the standard one are carried out. Results of theoretical calculations and experimental tests show that the two steel pipes can be distinguished quickly and accurately by using the correlation coefficients of attenuation spectrum. The physical properties of the steel pipes also had been preliminary analyzed by using the obtained correlation coefficients of attenuation spectrum.
