黄芪多糖对H5N1禽流感疫苗的免疫增强效应研究

摘要
为了探讨黄芪多糖配合禽流感鹅的免疫效果的影响,本研究利用水提醇法对黄芪多糖进行有效提取,并对黄芪多糖的纯度进行测定,同时,将40只1日龄肉鹅随机分为两组,试验组肌肉注射禽流感疫苗和黄芪多糖溶液,对照组注射禽流感疫苗和生理盐水,分别在免疫后第10d、20d、30d后,检测其抗体水平,同时,对黄芪多糖的最适用量进行优化。结果发现,试验组的抗体水平均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),对黄芪多糖的用量进行优化后,发现在其注射量为0.6mL/只时,试验组与对照组抗体水平差异极显著(P<0.01),试验表明,黄芪多糖对禽流感疫苗的免疫效果具有促进作用。
To explore the combined effect of APS and H5N1 avian influenza vaccine on the goose,APS was extracted with the water and alcohol.And the purity of APS was measured according to the standard curve of glucose.The 40 geese were random distributed into control group and treatment group.And the treatment group was immuned with APS and avian influenza vaccine,the control group was immuned with avian influenza vaccine and normal saline.And the antibody level was evaluated at 10,20,30 days after the first immunization,in addition,the best dosage of APS was researched according to the antibody level.It was found that the antibody level of the treatment group was significant different with the control group(P<0.05).And it was extremely significant different when the dosage of APS was 0.6mL each goose(P<0.01).The study proved that APS can promote the immune efficacy of avian influenza vaccine.
