超分子凝胶中的聚集诱导荧光增强效应

摘要
超分子凝胶作为一种重要的智能软物质材料,广泛的被用于生物传感器、分子识别、手性催化和模板合成等方面。我们设计了几种谷氨酸衍生物的凝胶因子,我们将这些凝胶因子按照一定比例与多种带负电的荧光染料自组装成胶。实验发现,不带电的凝胶因子能够使染料的荧光增强,而带电的凝胶因子能使荧光染料的荧光猝灭。同时还实现了手性传递,并且实现诱导CPL信号。这为我们研究荧光开关,实现荧光的增强和湮灭的可逆控制提供了条件。
Supramolecular gel, as a kind of important softer matter and smart materials, can find widespread application in the field of sensor、molecular recognition、catalysis and template synthesis. In this study, we designed several gelators of glutamic acid derivatives. A variety of anionic fluorescent dyes were mixed with the gelators, which could fabricate into gel through self-assembling. Interestingly, we observed that the neutral gelator displayed an aggregation induced enhanced emission, while the positively charged gelator quenched the fluorescence. In addition, in this system we could achieve chiral transfer and induced CPL, which gives us a method to fabricate fluorescence switch and realize the reversible control of fluorescence intensity.
