摘要
伴随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市建设与生态环境保护的矛盾日益突显。由于郊野公园在生态环境保护、优化城市空间结构及丰富城市游憩功能等方面的突出优势,越来越多的城市将郊野公园纳入到城市总体规划的重要战略内容当中,并将其作为促进城市可持续发展的重要手段。近年来天津市在郊野公园的规划建设上取得了显著成效。在天津市总体规划及生态专项规划中明确了郊野公园的规模、功能及管控要求,目前部分郊野公园已经建成并对外开放。通过梳理天津城市空间结构发展的脉络及郊野公园的规划发展情况,总结天津市郊野公园规划建设的类型、特征及存在的主要问题。通过研究香港、深圳等城市在郊野公园规划设计、管理运营、评估保障等方面的主要内容,总结与城市空间发展结构相适应的郊野公园规划要点。结合天津市城市自身发展的特征与需求,提出郊野公园规划策略及评估保障机制,保障郊野公园资源与景观的可持续性。
With the acceleration of urbanization process in China,the contradiction between urban construction and environmental protection is increasingly prominent.Country Park is regarded as an important part of overall urban planning in more and more cities to promote sustainable urban development.Country park is beneficial to environmental protection,urban spatial structure optimization and rich city recreation function.In recent years,Tianjin has made remarkable achievements in the planning and construction Country Park.Tianjin overall planning and ecological special planning specify the size,function and control requirements of Country Park.Now part of the Country Parks has been completed and opened.By combing Tianjin urban spatial structure development and the planning and development of country parks,the paper summarizes the type of planning and construction of Tianjin Country Park,features and main problems.By studying the main contents of the country park planning and design in Hong Kong,Shenzhen and other cities,the paper summaries main points of country park planning adapt to development of urban space structure.Combined with Tianjin characteristics and needs in urban development,the paper proposes country park planning strategies and evaluation mechanism to ensure the sustainability of park resources and landscape.
