摘要
针对电站亚临界及超临界机组过热器清洗的特点,对公司原用于锅炉本体清洗的缓蚀剂N-106进行了优化,并参照DL/T523-2007进行了静态腐蚀试验、动态模拟试验及金相检验等,证明了经优化的N-106缓蚀剂在过热器清洗中具有良好的缓蚀效果,并在陕西德源府谷能源有限公司1号、2号锅炉过热器清洗中进行了成功应用。
According to the characterics of chemical cleaning of subcritical and supercritical boiler at power plant,corrosion inhibitor N-106 used for boiler cleaning in the company has been optimized.And,a range of experiments have been carried out,including static corrosion testing,dynamic simulation testing and metallographic examination referring to DL/T523-2007 standard,demonstrating that optimized corrosion inhibitor N-106 perform well in superheater cleaning on anticorrosion.In addition,it is successfully applied in 1~#&2~# boiler's superheater cleaning of Shaanxi Deyuan Fugu Energy Co.Ltd.
