拱盖嵌入微风化岩的比例对拱盖法施做地下车站的影响探究

摘要
拱盖法施做地下车站技术已经在大连、青岛等岩层"上软下硬"的地区广泛使用,其特点是既能充分发挥岩体自稳定性,又能减少造价,增大作业面积。拱盖法施做地下车站时,围岩应力状态、车站结构变形与拱盖嵌入微风化岩的比例密切相关。文章依托青岛地铁4号线内蒙古路站的初步设计方案,使用有限元数值方法,以拱盖嵌入微风化花岗岩的比例为自变量,探究拱盖的拱脚在不同嵌岩比例下,车站结构与地层对开挖施工的响应状况。分析结果表明,拱盖嵌入微风化花岗岩的比例与地面最大沉降值、拱顶最大沉降值基本呈线性关系;随着拱盖拱脚嵌入微风化花岗岩比例的增加,掌子面围岩应力变化值收敛,车站结构趋于稳定。拱盖嵌入微风化岩体的比例对拱脚水平位移的影响远大于对拱脚竖向位移的影响。
The technology of adding arch method to the construction of underground station has been widely used in Dalian,Qingdao and other region where the hard rock is under the soft rock.Using the arch method can not only make full use of the hard rock nearby,but also reduce the total cost and increase the area of operation.When using the arch method,the rock stress and deformation are closely related to the ratio of the arch which is embedded in the weathered granite.The article relying on the initial design of Inner Mongolia Road Station in Qingdao Metro Line 4,using the finite element method,takes the light weathered granite-ratio of arch as independent variable to explore the structural deformation under the different light weathered granite-embedded ratios.The results showed that the light weathered granite-embedded ratio has a linear relationship to the maximum surface subsidence.With the increasing of the light weathered granite-embedded ratio,the stress of the working face convergence,the structure trends to stabilization.
