摘要
本文从逻辑推演出发,探讨碳排放政府政策调控与市场机制双重影响下商业模式重塑的内在动力和演变过程,这一分析不仅为后续研究提供可靠的理论支撑,而且有助于企业管理者观察、衡量、比较和改善企业的价值创造和获取逻辑,协助其控制各个阶段的活动、产出及其相伴随的碳排放量,以降低未来遵从严格管径管理的风险,扩大企业捕捉新商业机会的范畴。
Stating from the logical deduction,the inner motivation and evolutionary mechanism of business model reinvention,which provide theoretical foundation for sequential study are explored.Managers are contributed to observe,measure,compare,and improve different enterprise logic of value creation and value capture.Future risk of obeying strict environmental regulation is reduced.Enterprises are enlarged,capturing the scope of new business opportunities.
