磁性β-环糊精/氧化多壁碳纳米管复合材料对铅(Ⅱ)的吸附研究

摘要
本研究合成了磁性β-环糊精/氧化多壁碳纳米管复合材料,实现了对水中铅(II)的高效吸附,并利用磁分离技术,实现了吸附剂的快速分离和回收。通过FTIR、XRD、SEM、TEM等表征手段证明材料成功合成。研究了其对水溶液中25 m L 40 mg/L铅离子的吸附,考察了pH值和吸附时间对吸附的影响,得到最佳条件为:pH为4.5,吸附时间为160 min。运用拟一级、拟二级、Elovich和Bangham动力学模型对其吸附动力学进行研究,使用Langmuir、Freundlich、Temkin和Dubinin-Radushkevich吸附等温模型对其吸附等温线进行了研究。通过对吸附机理的探讨,发现该吸附过程较好的符合拟二级动力学模型,表明吸附过程主要受速率控制。吸附等温线研究结果表明,吸附过程较好地符合Langmuir吸附等温模型,表明该吸附过程是单分子层化学吸附过程。不同温度下的吸附热力学研究表明,ΔH>0,ΔS>0,吸附为吸热、自发进行的反应过程。
Magnetic β-cyclodextrin/oxidized multiwalled carbon nanotubes composites were fabricated and applied for efficient adsorption of lead(II) in aqueous solution.The rapid separation and recycle were achieved by using magnetic separation technique.Meanwhile,FTIR,XRD,SEM and TEM were used to validate the success of the synthesis of the adsorbent.The optimum adsorption conditions were as following:pH 4.5 and adsorption time of 160 min.The investigation of the adsorption mechanism indicated that the adsorption process is in accord with pseudo-second-order model and Langmuir adsorption isotherm model.Adsorption thermodynamics study showed that ΔH>0 and ΔS>0,indicating that the adsorption process was endothermic and spontaneous.
