普朗铜矿大规模开采关键技术应用研究

摘要
普朗铜矿具有矿石品位低,矿体厚大,矿岩易崩落,地表容许塌陷等特点,计划年产量为1250万吨,这些特点和因素使得自然崩落法成为最理想选择。作为大规模开采方式中的一种,自然崩落法具有高效率、低成本、高技术含量的特点。为了保证自然崩落法的成功应用,普朗铜矿联合相关单位开展了一系列的井下大规模开采关键技术研究,主要包括矿床开采技术条件、矿体可崩性与崩落矿石块度预测、高中段大面积放矿控制技术、底部结构巷道稳定性和支护技术的研究工作。文章对开展的这些研究成果进行总结,为应用自然崩落法开采的矿山提供借鉴。
Pulang copper mine has the following characteristics which are low ore grade, large and thick ore bodies, ore caving, allowable surface subsidence, etc. Pulang copper mine planned annual production is 12.5 million tons. Because of these characteristics and factors, block caving method has become the most ideal choice. As one of the large-scale mining method, the block caving method has the characteristics of high efficiency, low cost, high technology content. In order to ensure the successful application of block caving, Pulang copper mine with related units to carry out a series of large-scale underground mining key technology research. These studies include deposit mining conditions, orebody cavability and fragmentation prediction, ore control technology of large area and the high school segment, bottom structure roadway stability and support technology. The article summarizes research undertaken to provide reference for the application of natural caving mining mines.
