某工业园区厂房地坪沉降病害分析

摘要
针对沿海软土地区某工业园区厂房出现的地坪大面积沉降的工程问题,结合场地成因历史,采用数值模拟和理论计算获得场地及地坪沉降发展规律。计算分析结果表明,厂房地坪沉降主要是由于地质条件的复杂性和地质成因的特殊性造成。新近回填土作为荷载作用在第③层淤泥质粉质黏土上,产生大面积地面沉降。受厂房地面沉降及不均匀沉降影响,该区域内建筑结构和场区安全性将受到不同程度的影响。最后,结合该场地地质条件和工程实际情况,提出了合理的地基处理方案。本文案例及分析对于大面积场地形成工程具有指导意义。
Based on the settlement problem of a workshop floor in an industrial zone located in eastern coastal areas in China,this paper conducted a numerical and theoretical analysis to obtain the settlement development of the site as well as the workshop floor.The results indicate that the settlement problem of workshop floor is attributed to the complexity of geological condition and the particularity of the site formation.The recent plain fill is imposed on the silty clay as an external load,resulting in the large area settlement.Under the influence of settlement and differential settlement of the workshop floor,the building structure and site safety in the zone would be affected in different extent.Finally,a reasonable ground improvement plan is proposed based on the analysis results.
