武汉市某大型城镇污水处理厂A-O工艺脱氮影响因素研究

摘要
以武汉市某大型污水处理厂为研究对象,结合该污水处理厂2011年-2014年的监测和分析数据系统研究了水温、进水碳氮比、内外回流比等因素对A-O工艺硝化、反硝化反应效率的影响。结果表明,水温低于9.4℃时硝化、反硝化效率将显著降低,随着水温的升高(>18℃)脱氮效率将保持稳定;进水碳氮比随着季节的变化发生较小范围的波动(2.1-2.9),但在远低于设计值和理论值的情况下反硝化效率最高仅为66%;较大的内回流比在提供硝酸盐氮的同时,也给缺氧池带来高浓度的DO和降低缺氧池的进水有机碳浓度,减小内回流比和提高外回流比可有效提高脱氮效率。
Combined with the inspection and analysis data of Wuhan sewage treatment plant from 2011-2014,this paper considered a combination of various factors including water temperature,carbon-nitrogen ratio of inflow,internal and external reflux ratio on efficiency of Nitrification and Denitrification by using A-O process.The results showed that the Denitrification efficiency reduced significantly when the water temperature was lower than 9.4 ℃,but remained stable while the water temperature was higher than 18 ℃.The carbon-nitrogen ratio of inflow had minor fluctuation from 2.1 to 2.9 because of the season changing.However,it was still far below the ideal value.Under current situation,the efficiency of Denitrification could only reach 66%.While increasing the internal reflux ratio would provided nitrate nitrogen,it would also increased the concentration of DO(dissolved oxygen) and decreased the organic carbon of inflow for the anoxic tank.Therefore,decreasing the internal reflux ratio and increasing external reflux ratio would effectively made denitrification process more efficient.
