添加剂对溶胶-凝胶-微波加热法合成ZrB_2-SiC复合粉体物相组成的影响

摘要
为了进一步降低ZrB_2-SiC复合粉体的合成温度,以氧氯化锆(ZrClO_2·8H_2O)、硼酸(H_3BO_3)、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和葡萄糖(C_6H_(12)O_6)为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶结合微波加热的方法在1 200℃保温3 h合成ZrB_2-SiC复合粉体,研究了添加剂种类(TiO_2、Fe2O_3、Cr_2O_3、Y_2O_3分别单独添加或两两复合添加)和加入量对合成ZrB_2-SiC复合粉体物相组成的影响。结果表明:TiO_2、Fe2O_3、Cr_2O_3及复合添加剂的加入均可以促进ZrB_2在较低温度下的合成,但只有Fe_2O_3及含Fe_2O_3复合添加剂能促进SiC在较低温度下的合成。Y_2O_3的加入对复合粉体的合成无明显的促进作用。复合添加剂中以TiO2/Fe2O_3的促进效果最为明显。
