宝钢智能化原料场的改造实践

摘要
宝钢原料场自开工以来已经持续运行30多年,期间不断进行设备的改造和自动化检测水平的提升,然而在料场智能化、劳动效率提升方面仍处于较低水平。针对此宝钢原料场着手智能化料场改造,先期通过对料场进行封闭改造成B/C/E型料场,改变原有单一堆、取模式为卸料小车无人堆、自动刮取减少现场老式堆、取料机设备数量,与此同时对堆取合一设备进行无人化改造,重点是料堆图形生成和防碰撞控制。而针对物料易洒落和积料人工清理效率低下,宝钢原料场积极引入管状皮带技术、雾化水控制技术,并着手开发溜槽自动清理和返程皮带自动清料设备,以期最终达到减少劳动定员、提高劳动效率的目的。
The raw material yard in Baosteel has been in work for more than thirty years,the equipment and automatic examination level have been upgraded continuously during the periods,however,it was been in low level at intelligent raw material yard and labor efficiency.According to these problems,Baosteel begins to construct the intelligent raw material yard,firstly enclosing the stockyards to become type B/C/E,then changing the original model of stacking and reclaiming into unmanned operation stacking and automatic scraping,and it will reduce the amount of stacker and reclaimer.At the same time,baosteel begins to upgrade the unmanned operation stacker-reclaimer,emphasing on creating stack image and anticollision technology.Simultaneously tubelar belt and micro-flog dust suppression are also put into production to solve the problems of spilled material,and in order to enhance the labor efficiency,Baosteel are developing the equipments for material deposit cleaning and automatic cleaning machines for returner belts,ultimately it will achieve the aim of reducing the labors and enhancing the labor efficiency.
