摘要
迄今为止,原地浸矿是风化壳离子吸附型稀土矿床离子型稀土资源提取高效环保、且较为先进的生产工艺技术,是国家强制推广应用的先进技术。原地浸矿采矿方法在风化壳离子吸附型稀土矿开采中,现场实际应用经验已较为成熟,但在理论研究阶段还尚未完善,主要的理论参数,例如集液率、浸出率等影响到稀土矿浸出的相关参数的定义和确定还没形成理论计算基础,由于缺乏理论研究的支持,没有相关标准的指导,对风化壳离子吸附型稀土矿床开采设计和矿山生产管理则存在技术困难
So far,in situ leaching is weathered ion adsorption type rare earth deposit ion type rare earth resource extraction,environmental protection,and the production technology is more advanced,advanced technology is the national mandatory application.In situ leaching mining method in mining weathered ion adsorption type rare earth ore,practical experiences have been relatively mature,but in the stage of theoretical research is still not perfect,the theory of main parameters,such as liquid ratio,leaching rate affect the definition of the relevant parameters of rare earth ore leaching and determination has not formed the theoretical calculation the foundation,due to the lack of theoretical research support,no related standard guidancem,the weathering crust ion adsorption type rare earth ore mining design and production management,technical difficulties.
