含砷高碳钢中稀土夹杂物生成的原位观察研究

摘要
针对添加稀土改善钢中残余元素砷赋存状态的问题,采用高温原位观察方法对含砷高碳钢中夹杂物的生成过程进行了研究。结果表明,钢中首先生成La2O3与La2O2S夹杂物并上浮至钢液表面,两者形貌与生长方式具有显著的差别。前者最初为三角形并以此长大成多个三角形堆叠成的晶体:后者为近似球形,长大到一定程度后仅以物理形式聚集在一起。含砷夹杂物以单独La-As-O形式和依附于La2O2S表面生成双层复合夹杂物的形式存在,其生成顺序在La2O3与La2O2S之后,在钢液凝固过程中或凝固后生成。
This paper focuses on the application of rare element(RE) in modifying the state of arsenic in steels.Formation processes of RE-bearing inclusions in high carbon steels were in-situ investigated by a confocal laser scanning microscopy(CLSM).It shows that La2O3 and La2O2 S,form firstly and float to the surface of liquid steel,have dramatically different morphologies and growth processes.The former are initially triangle and then change into crystals consisting of multiple triangles;the latter are mainly spherical,gathering together when they grow to a specified size.La exists as La-As-O inclusions that form after the formation of La2O3 and La2O2 S in/after solidification.
