榫槽式多层压裂工艺技术研究与应用

摘要
为了满足大庆油田扶杨油层大排量、大液量压裂工艺需求,研究了榫槽式多层压裂工艺技术。针对常规多层压裂管柱内通径小、局部节流损失大、产生明显节流效应、管柱整体摩阻大的问题,通过计算分析滑套缩径节流损失,给出了地面施工压力预测方法,成功研制了榫槽式多层压裂工艺管柱。现场应用26口井,实现一趟管柱坐压6层,最大施工排量为8.5m~3/min,单井最大压裂液用量为6500m~3。该工艺技术可满足直井特低渗透储层改造的需求,为大庆油田外围难采储量动用提供了有效技术支撑。
In order to meet the needs of fracturing technology with large displacement and large liquid volume in Fuyang reservoir of Daqing Oilfield,the tongue and groove slot type multilayer fracturing technology has been studied.Due to such problems in the conventional multilayer fracturing,as small drift diameter of pipe string,large local throttling loss,significant throttling effect,big frictional resistance in overall pipe string,etc,the throttling loss in narrowing the diameter size of sliding sleeve was calculated,and the prediction method for ground operating pressure was given out,by which the pipe string for tongue and groove type multilayer fracturing was developed successfully.It has been applied to 26 wells,which realized fracturing six layers by one trip with the maximum flow rate of 8.5m~3/min and maximum single well fracturing fluid volume of 6500 m.This technology can meet the needs of reservoir stimulation for vertical wells with extra low permeability,and provide effective technical support for developing the difficult-exploited reserves in peripheral areas of Daqing Oilfield.
