摘要
基于一种简单快速的方法制备咪唑基聚合物整体柱。实验以1-乙烯基-3-十八烷基咪唑溴盐及乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯作单体,季戊四醇四巯基乙酸酯作交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈作引发剂,采用巯基-烯点击反应一锅法快速制备咪唑基聚合物整体柱。选用烷基苯同系物、多环芳烃、苯胺类、苯酚类物质作为分析物,在毛细管液相色谱模式下,对所制备的整体柱的色谱性能进行评价。实验表明,巯基-烯点击反应为制备咪唑基聚合物整体柱提供了一种可靠的方法。
In this study,a novel imidazolium-based hybrid monolith was prepared through a simple route.With1-vinyl-3-octadecylimidazolium bromide and ethylene dimethacrylate as monomers,pentaerythritol tetra-(3-mercaptopropionate) as cross-linker,azodiisobutyronitrile as thermal initiator,the monolith was facilely prepared via a one-pot process based on thiol-ene click chemistry.High-efficiency separation of alkylbenzenes,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon,phenols and anilines was achieved.All results indicate that the thiol-ene click chemistry provides a simple route for the preparation of a imidazolium-based monolith.
