化学还原氧化石墨烯的多孔电极材料

摘要
报道一个基于固定乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)在使用循环伏安法还原多孔石墨烯氧化物(e-p GON)电极材料上的电化学生物传感器。e-p GON有效地促进了电极的电子传递速率接口和底物进入到活动中心,且对acetylthiocholine(ATCl)有高亲和力。此外,基于氨基甲酸酯杀虫剂对酶活性的抑制~([1,2]),选择西维因作为模型化合物,农药抑制线性范围是0.30 to 6.1ng/mL,检出限为0.15 ng/mL(S/N=3)。此生物传感器表现出良好的性能,如再现性和稳定性,在检测农药方面有很大的应用前景。
This work described a sensitive electrochemical biosensor for the detection of carbamate pesticides based on immobilization of acetylcholinesterase(ACh E) on the electrochemically inducing porous graphene oxide network(e-pG ON) which is prepared by scanning the GO modified electrode using successive cyclic voltammetry method. The e-pG ON effectively promoted the electron transfer rate of electrode interface and facilitated the access of substrates to the active centers and as-prepared biosensor shows high affinity to acetylthiocholine(ATCl). Furthermore, based on the inhibition of carbamate pesticides on the enzymatic activity of the immobilized AChE ~([1,2]), using carbaryl as a model compound, the inhibition of carbaryl is proportional to its concentration ranging from 0.30 to 6.1 ng/mL, with a detection limit of 0.15 ng/mL(S/N=3). The developed biosensor exhibits good performance such as reproducibility and stability, thus providing a promising tool for the analysis of enzyme inhibitors.
