沥青路面微波加热器高效仿真分析

摘要
本文是在研究沥青路面微波热再生技术的作用机理基础上,对设计合理的沥青路面微波加热装置进行仿真。然而由于现有的仿真软件在计算未知量较大的模型时占用过多计算机资源且计算时间较长,使用高阶矩量法可以极大的减少未知量的数目,从而减小了计算机资源的消耗,而并行高阶矩量法的使用也增加了计算速度和计算效率。本文主要采用并行高阶矩量法对沥青路面微波加热装置的核心部件——4×4喇叭阵列辐射器进行仿真,并对仿真结果进行分析,最后记录了计算耗时。
The paper researches on the simulation of the microwave heating device for asphalt pavement on the basis of the study of mechanism about microwave thermal regeneration technology of the asphalt pavement. Since the existing simulation software occupies too many computer resources and has a long computation time when calculating models with large amounts of unknowns. The use of MoM can greatly reduce the quantity of unknowns and the consumption of computer resources, while the use of parallel higher order method of moments can increase the computational speed and efficiency. This paper adopts parallel higher order method of moments to analyze the core component of microwave heating device for asphalt pavement—a 4×4 horn antenna. Then, the simulation results are analyzed and the computation time is recorded.
