电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定工业废水中32种元素

摘要
本文根据HJ 776-2015测定工业废水中32种元素总量,测试结果表明:ICP-OES法检出限低,轴向测量、侧向测量、轴向测量plus、侧向测量plus,4种测量方式满足4个数量级浓度线性范围要求;线性拟合系数均在R=0.9990~1.0000;精密度RSD均≤1%;加标回收率以及质控样回收率均在90%-110%,测试结果满意。ICP-OES光学分辨率高,可选用的无干扰分析线多,实现多元素同时无干扰的测量。
According to the HJ 776-2015,We determined the total of 32 elements in the industrial wastewater. The results showedthat we get the lower detection limit, and the requirements of 4 orders of magnitude concentration of linear range were met by the axial, lateral, axial plus, the lateral plus 4 kinds of measurement methods; the linear correlation R isfrom 0.9990 to 1.0000,RSD≤1%; the recovery of addition and QC are from 90% to 110%, the results is satisfied. With the high optical resolution, multi-lines can be used, and fast sequential and simultaneous multi-element analysis can be realized without interference.
