碱矿渣基粘贴CFRP无机胶的制备与研究

摘要
本文以矿渣和水玻璃为主要原料,制备了一种适用于粘贴CFRP布加固混凝土结构的碱矿渣基无机胶。研究了水玻璃模数、碱掺量和水灰比等因素对无机胶净浆力学性能的影响规律;同时,考虑无机胶在实际应用中对凝结时间的要求,以ZnSO_4为缓凝剂,研究了在不同配比无机胶中缓凝剂适宜的用量,并得到了缓凝剂所需量与水玻璃模数和碱掺量的关系。根据前面的试验结果将筛选后的无机胶配比进行在混凝土表面粘贴CFRP布的单剪试验,得到了面内剪切强度可达到1.80 MPa以上的且使混凝土表面剥离情况良好的得到了碱矿渣基无机胶。
This paper prepared an inorganic adhesive base on alkali activated slag(AAS) used for CFRP.Investigated the influence of water glass modulus,alkali content and water cement ratio on the mechanical properties of inorganic paste.Considering the requirement of setting time of inorganic adhesive in practical application,investigated the suitable dosage of retarder(ZnSO_4) in different proportion of inorganic adhesive,and got the relationship between the required amount of retarder and water glass modulus and alkali content.The single-shear test had been done after previous experiment.Through the single-shear test on AAS inorganic adhesive pasting CFRP on the surface of concrete,obtained the inorganic adhesive formulations that the shear strength is more than 1.80 MPa and large area of concrete under contact surface is separated.
