蓄热室格子体用铬刚玉材料

摘要
随着天然气及重油价格的升高,越来越多的玻璃工业的企业开始将天然气及重油切换为石油焦一更为便宜的燃料。但在这一燃料转换后出现的高侵蚀情况却越来明显,由燃料引入的挥发物如硫,钒再加上其它如碱金属,镍及铁等有害成份对蓄热室材料的侵蚀最甚。本文通过分析石油焦中的有害物尤其是钒氧化物如何影响蓄热室中的耐火材料,介绍了一种新型电熔再烧结铬刚玉材料作为蓄热室顶层材料在石油焦燃料窑炉蓄热室中优良的抗侵蚀性能及使用性能,并例举了应用实例。
