低粘度丙烯酸酯基环氧树脂及其阻尼复合材料的研究

摘要
采用丙烯酸酯预聚物扩链改性双酚A型环氧树脂,通过乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(GDE)制备一系列低粘度丙烯酸酯型环氧树脂(AE),研究GDE用量对AE体系的粘度、固化特性、阻尼性能及力学性能的影响,在此基础上制备MT300/AE阻尼复合材料。结果显示,所得结构复合材料的损耗因子可以达到0.74以上,同时其弯曲强度和拉伸强度可达192MPa和428MPa,兼具优异的阻尼性能和力学性能。
A damping epoxy matrix,acrylate-based epoxy resin(AE) was prepared,using acrylic prepolymers as chain extender.A series of low viscosity acrylic based epoxy resins are prepared based on acrylic based epoxy resin and glycol diglycidyl ether(GDE),in which GDE was used as activated diluent.The effects of GDE content on the viscosity,curing behavior,damping and mechanical properties have been discussed.Based on the low viscosity AE,carbon fiber reinforced damping composite was prepared.Damping and mechanical properties of the composites were studied.The results showed that the loss factor was above 0.74 and the flexible and tensile strength could reach192 and 428 MPa,which illustrated excellent damping and mechanical properties.
