增压器压气机气动噪声影响因素数值研究

摘要
涡轮增压器是船用柴油机组的主要部件之一,同时也是船用柴油机组的主要噪声源之一。因此分析涡轮增压器的气动噪声、研究噪声的产生机理有重要的意义。本文首先设计增压器并以其研究对象,利用数值模拟方法研究压气机流场特性和噪声特性,并着重分析了压气机气动噪声的影响因素,研究结果可以为离心式压气机设计和结构优化提供参考。
Turbocharger is one of the main components of marine diesel engines, and it is also one of the main noise sources of marine diesel engines. So it is very important to analyze the aerodynamic noise characteristics and study the noise mechanism. Firstly, this paper designed a turbocharger and used it as the research object, then the compressor flow field and noise characteristics were studied with numerical prediction method, finally the influence factors of compressor aerodynamic noise were analyzed. The results can provide reference for the centrifugal compressor design and structure optimization.
