从钛白水解废酸中回收钪及钪钛的分离研究

摘要
研究了从模拟钛白水解废酸中回收钪及钪与钛的分离。试验考察了料液酸度、萃取剂浓度、相比、萃取平衡时间、温度等因素对钪萃取的影响,测出了钪的萃取等温线,在此基础上进行了串级逆流萃取模拟试验。针对主要含钪钛的负载有机相,发现了合适的洗脱剂EL,并进行了串级逆流洗脱试验。试验结果表明:P204+TBP+煤油的萃取体系基本可以实现钪的回收富集,而且初步分离了料液中的钛,铁等杂质金属元素。在后续的洗脱试验中,经过三级逆流洗脱,钛的洗脱率可达到98%,而钪的损失率仅为4%,钪钛的分离效果明显。
Scandium recovery from hydrolyzed sulfuric acid of titanium dioxide production and separating titanium from the scandium-loaded organic solvent has been studied.The effects of acidity of solution,the concentration of extractant,equilibrium time,temperature on the extraction of scandium are investigated,and the isothermal of scandium is measured.Based on the single stage extraction experiments,the experiments extraction by batchwise countercurrent multi-stage operation are conducted.According to scandium and titanium-loaded organic solvent,find suitable eluent,the experiments elution by batchwise countercurrent multistage operation are conducted.The results indicate that the di-(2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid(P204)-tributyl phosphate(TBP)-sulfonated kerosene system not only could realize recovery and enrichment of scandium but also preliminarily separates other metallic elements,such as titanium,iron and so on.In the experiments of elution,the titanium elution efficiency can reach 98%through 3 stage countercurrent elution,while the scandium loss ratio is 4%,the separation effect of scandium and titanium is obvious.
