48V电机控制器IPU设计与实现

摘要
48V系统作为轻度混合动力技术,被认为是现阶段性价比最好的节油方案。本文研究48V电机控制器中的智能功率单元(IPU),主要包括功率单元和驱动单元。功率单元设计选用分立功率MOSFET,着重解决多MOSFET并联均流问题和大功率器件散热问题;驱动单元设计选用自举驱动芯片加独立供电电源结构,解决了大功率MOSFET驱动自举电压过低、成本高的问题。设计并实现了一套具有完善保护功能、可靠散热结构、高性能驱动、低成本的48V电机控制器IPU系统。最终通过试验验证了本文设计的正确性与合理性。
The 48 V system as a mild hybrid technology is considered as the best cost- effective fuel scheme at this stage.This paper studies the intelligent power unit(IPU) of the 48 V motor controller,which comprises a power unit and a driving unit.The design of the power unit using discrete power MOSFET focuses on solving the problem of multi MOSFET parallel current sharing and high power devices heat dissipation.The design of the driving unit using bootstrap driver chip with independent power supply structure focuses on solving the problem of high power MOSFET driver low bootstrap voltage and high cost.This paper designs and implements a 48 V motor controller IPU system with perfect protection function,reliable heat dissipation structure,high performance driver and low cost.The testing result shows the correctness and rationality of the design.
