热等静压对一种单晶高温合金组织的影响

摘要
在高温度梯度真空定向凝固炉中,采用螺旋选晶法制备了[001]取向的单晶高温合金,在1310℃/100MPa和1310℃/150MPa条件下分别对合金进行热等静压处理,然后再进行合金的标准热处理,采用光学显微镜、电子探针、扫描电镜研究了热等静压工艺对单晶高温合金组织的影响。结果表明,热等静压减少了合金的显微疏松和共晶含量;随着压力增加,显微疏松和共晶含量也相应减少。热等静压减轻了合金元素的枝晶偏析;随着压力的增加,枝晶偏析程度降低。热等静压后,热处理组织的γ′相尺寸稍有减小,均匀化和立方化程度提高。
A single crystal superalloy with[001]orientation was cast in the directionally solidified furnace.The hot isostatic pressing(HIP) was applied at the condition of 1310℃/110 MPa and 1310℃/150 MPa.The standard heat treatment was carried out after HIP.The effect of HIP on the microstructure of the alloy has been investigated using by using optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and electron microprobe analyzer(EPMA).The results showed that the volume fraction of microporosity and γ/γ' eutectic decreases,and with increasing of pressing,the volume fraction of those decreases too.The element segregation extent all decrease after HIP and with increasing of pressing.The size of γ'phase after standard heat treatment decreases and becomes uniform and its cubic shape turns a little regular with HIP.
