PUREX流程中2BXX槽工艺研究

摘要
本文首先研究了二甲基羟胺的硝酸水溶液对30%TBP/煤油中少量四价钚(Pu(Ⅳ))的还原反萃取行为。结果表明:延长两相接触时间能、减小相比、降低反萃液硝酸浓度对Pu(Ⅳ)的反萃率有一定的提高。甲基肼浓度为0~0.15 mol/L时,对钚反萃率基本没有影响。DHAMN浓度大于0.1 mol/L后,随着浓度的增加钚反萃率降低。并且,基于还原反萃实验结果,采用6级逆流反萃取实验模拟PUREX流程2BXX槽分离工艺,对以DMHAN/MMH为还原反萃剂的2BXX槽进行台架规模的验证实验。
In this paper,The reduction stripping behavior of the truce Pu(Ⅳ) from 30% TBP/OK with DMHAN was investigated.The results show that longer phase contacting-time,decreasing phase ration,lower HNO_3 concentration favor the stripping of Pu.the influence of MMH,in the ranges of 0~0.15 mol/L,is less significant.when c(DMHAN) > 0.1 mol/L,lower reductant concentration favor the stripping of Pu.And,basing on result of reduction stripping,the application of separate Pu from U in the 2BXX contactor was studied by the 6-stage counter current experiment.And,the bench scales of experiment of 2BXX have been performed with DMHAN/MMH.
