肉桂精油的萃取技术与产品研发现状

摘要
肉桂精油是从肉桂干燥树皮中提取的挥发油,它能促进人体血液循环、抗衰老、舒缓肌肉痉挛、缓解风湿病,具有镇静、镇痛、抗肿瘤等功效,还具有明显抑菌作用,因此,肉桂精油在医药、食品及化工行业都具有广泛的用途,有着极大的研究及开发价值。本文综述了近年来肉桂精油的常用萃取工艺技术,包括:水蒸汽蒸馏法、超临界CO_2萃取法、亚临界水萃取法、微波提取法、分子蒸馏萃取法以及超声波辅助提取法等,并概括了其萃取原理、工艺条件及特点,以期为肉桂精油的萃取提供参考。同时,本文综述了肉桂精油产品开发的研究现状,并归纳了几种主要的肉桂精油产品深加工技术及其实践应用。例如:利用肉桂精油分离肉桂醛、制备苯丙醛、可食性抗菌膜以及肉桂精油微胶囊等产品的加工技术与应用,为肉桂精油的综合开发利用提供参考。
Cinnamon essential oil is a kind of volatile oil extracted from dry cinnamon barks.It can promote blood circulation,stay caducity,relieve muscle spasm and alleviate rheumatism.It has the function of sedation,analgesia,antitumor,obvious antimicrobial effects and so on.Therefore,it was used in medicine,food and chemical industry widely with a great value of research and development.The common extraction technologies of cinnamon essential oil in recent years and their principles,technological conditions and the characteristics were summarized in this paper,including steam distillation,supercritical carbon dioxide extraction,subcritical water extraction,microwave extraction,molecular distillation extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction and so on,in order to provide a reference for cinnamon essential oil extraction.Meanwhile,the research status of cinnamon essential oil products was also summarized and several processing technologies of cinnamon essential oil and its practical applications were concluded in this paper.For example,cinnamaldehyde separation,phenylpropionaldehyde preparation,edible antimicrobial film and cinnamon essential oil microcapsule were listed,forproviding a reference of the comprehensive development and utilization of cinnamon essential oil.
