脉冲磁场周期对氧化物冶金行为的影响

摘要
利用高温激光共聚焦显微镜精确控制温度和冷却速度,结合自行研制的脉冲磁场发生装置对45钢的凝固过程施加不同周期的脉冲磁场,研究脉冲磁场周期对45钢的细晶化的影响。利用LeicaDMI5000M金相显微镜观察脉冲磁场处理后的夹杂物形态和夹杂物诱发晶内铁素体的情况。结果显示:当脉冲磁场的周期为2.0s时,晶粒细化效果最好;且随着周期的增大,小尺寸的夹杂所占比例逐渐减少。
The high-temperature confocal scan laser microscope(HTCSLM) was used to precise control the temperature and the cooling speed,combined with self-made pulsed magnetic field generating device different cycles of the pulsed magnetic field were applied in 45 steel solidification process to study the effect of pulsed magnetic field cycle on fine crystallization.The morphology of inclusions and ferrites induced by inclusions were observed by LeicaDMI5000 M optical microscope.The results show that the grain refinement effect is best when the pulse magnetic field cycle is 2.0s,and the proportion of small size inclusions decreases with the increase of the pulse magnetic field cycle.
