池塘表层底泥中磷形态的季节变化及饵料生物培育效果

摘要
养殖池塘底泥中埋入培养基,可为底栖饵料生物提供养分,促进池塘中饵料生物繁殖和生长。本试验在大棚内面积为3m2的12个水泥池塘中投放不同量的培养基,观察底栖饵料生物的培育效果,探究表层底泥中磷的形态和含量的季节变化及磷与饵料生物的关系。结果表明,投放培养基后,4个试验组中水蚯蚓的数量密度随着培养基投放量的增加而增加,而摇蚊幼虫的生物量表现为:处理组2>处理组1>处理组3>对照组,分别比对照组高43.90%、20.85%、12.50%。表层底泥中总磷(TP)、无机磷(IP)、钙结合态磷(Ca-P)、铝吸附态磷(Al-P)及弱吸附态磷(Labile-P)的含量均表现为:处理组3>处理组2>处理组1>对照组,即与培养基投放量呈正相关。各组Fe-P、Al-P、Ca-P含量的季节变化为:春季>夏季>秋季,Labile-P含量为秋季>春季>夏季。处理组中Labile-P、Fe-P的含量分别比对照组高27.08%、31.90%。结果证明,在养殖塘中施用培养基可以有效提高底栖饵料生物的生物量,且Fe-P的增加有利于摇蚊幼虫的培育。
The additive nutrient manure can provide nutrients for live benthic food organisms and dealt with the problem of natural live food organisms in a culture pond. The effects of embedded culture medium on abundance and biomass of benthic food organisms and on phosphorus forms in sediment were studied in 12 cement ponds of 3m2 in green house. The results showed that the members of Tubificidae were found increase with the increase of the medium in the 4experimental groups,while the of biomass of chironomid larvae as the group 2> group 1> group3> control group, 43.90%, 20.85%, and 12.50% higher than hat in the control group. There were higher contents of total phosphorus(TP), inorganic phosphorus(IP), calcium-bound phosphorus(Ca-P), aluminum-bound phosphorus(Al-P), and loosely sorbed phosphorus(Labile-P) in the treatment groups than those in the control group, with a positive correlation between phosphorus content and manure additive amount. The contents of Fe-P, Al-P and Ca-P decrease from spring to autumn.27.08% and 31.90% higher contents of Labile-P, Fe-P in surface sediment compared with those in the control group.
