三种改良剂对养殖池塘底泥的修复效果初探

摘要
为了改善养殖池塘中的生态环境,本研究考察了沸石、壳聚糖和聚合氯化铝(PAC)分别处理池塘底泥后,底泥环境、上覆水理化性质及浮游植物群落的变化特征。研究发现塘泥添加沸石处理会促进底泥中有机质、总氮、总磷及有效氮等养分的释放,并使水体电导率,氧化还原电位和水体总磷含量升高;壳聚糖处理土塘泥会使上覆水中的pH和DO显著低于对照组;PAC处理养殖池塘底泥时,上覆水的pH、DO和总磷的含量会随着其用量的增加而显著降低。且塘泥中添加沸石会明显促进上覆水体中的浮游植物种类和生物量增加,迟滞浮游植物的衰退期;壳聚糖处理塘泥时,浮游植物的生长受到抑制,并导致单一藻类爆发;2%PAC处理池塘底泥可使上覆水中浮游植物总生物量有所增加,且利于鱼类摄食藻类的数量和比例有所增加。结果表明适量的沸石和PAC有利于老化池塘底泥的修复。本研究旨在为开发养殖池塘底泥改良剂提供科学依据,对水产养殖环境的修复具有重要意义。
To improve the ecotope of aquaculture ponds, zeolite 、 chitosan and PAC(Polyaluminium Chloride), as the sediment improver, were added into the pond sediment. And their effects on the sediment, water quality and phytoplankton of overlying water were researched.The results in the present study showed that zeolite, chitosan and PAC can promote the release of soil nutrients. Adding zeolite into the sediment also can significantly increase the water conductivity, redox potential and total phosphorus in overlying water. Chitosan, as the sediment modifier, would cause the decrease of pH and DO of overlying water. when treated with PAC, the pH, DO and total phosphorus of overlying water were reduced with the increase of the PAC.Besides, the zeolite and PAC could increase the species and biomass of phytoplankton. However,chitosan result in a single algae outbreak. Indicating that the zeolite and PAC can improve the pond sediment.
