摘要
目的:观察和探讨护理干预对脑出血并发癫痫病人的效果。方法:选取2012年5月到2013的6月将我院的64例脑出血后癫痫病人,随机分成两组,每组各32例,其中对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上进行临床护理干预,比较和观察两组病人的癫痫发生次数、时间和晚期继发癫痫发作情况,同时比较分析3个月及1年癫痫发生率。结果:通过临床护理分析,2周内癫痫发生的次数无明显差异,3个月及1年癫痫发生率比值均P<0.05,两组具有显着性差异。结论:通过对脑出血并发癫痫患者的规范护理措施的实施,能够降低继发癫痫的发作次数,同时降低损伤率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe and discuss the effect of nursing intervention for cerebral hemorrhage complicated with epilepsy. Methods: In May 2012 to June 2012 will our hospital 64 cases of epilepsy after cerebral hemorrhage, randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in each group, the control group using conventional care model, observation group in the control group, theclinical nursing intervention on the basis of the comparison and observation of two groups of patients with epilepsy, the frequency, time, and the late secondary epilepsy, at the same time comparativeanalysis for 3 months and 1 year incidence of epilepsy. Results: Through the analysis of the clinical care, no obvious difference was found between the number of seizures occurred in 2 weeks, 3 months and 1 year epilepsy ratio(P < 0.05, two groups have significant differences. Conclusion: According to standardize the implementation of the nursing measures of patients with cerebralhemorrhage complicated with epilepsy, can reduce the number of secondary epilepsy seizures, at the same time reduce the damage rate, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
